G.T.P. arm care + velocity training is first and foremost an arm care program that puts great emphasis on recovery, which is about 60% of the program. This is a 10 week program that requires a 5 day workout schedule. We spend each day making sure our bodies are primed and ready to build up the arm through the use of J-Bands and driveline baseball plyocare balls, in order to be able to start developing velocity through our strength and weighted ball training. Miami Marlins RHP Justin Evans will be leading the programming and training for three days per week. Coach Evans will ensure the arms gain strength, stay healthy, gain velocity, and are in the best possible shape leading up to your high school seasons. Grind Unit Baseball Founder and Head Coach Herb Olivencia, will train participants for two days per week. He will be targeting the lower half of the body in order to build a solid foundation, core-strength, flexibility, and agility. You will get out what you put in!
